1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Synthex's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using Synthex's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
Synthex provides AI-powered chat automation services across multiple platforms including WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, and web-based chat solutions. The service includes bot development, integration, deployment, and ongoing support as specifically outlined in each customer's custom agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Synthex's services are owned by Synthex and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, clients receive full source code ownership for custom-built bots as specified in their project agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Projects require a 50% deposit to commence work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and before final source code delivery. Pricing is fixed-fee and confirmed during the initial strategy call. All fees are non-refundable unless Synthex fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope.
5. Limitation of Liability
Synthex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Privacy & Data
We are committed to protecting your data. All conversations, customer information, and business data processed through our bots remain the property of the client. We do not use your data to train our general AI models without explicit consent.
7. Support & Maintenance
All projects include 30 days of dedicated post-launch support covering bug fixes and minor changes. Extended support and maintenance agreements can be arranged separately after the initial period.
